Fluix & Airtable Integration

Airtable is a cloud-based platform designed for creating and sharing relational databases. It helps you organize field-captured checklists, forms and documents and even pictures, in one place.

You can customize it to fit your needs, whether you’re managing projects, tracking inventory, or planning resources.

Airtable offers a free plan for workspaces, but there are limits. If a workspace surpasses these limits, upgrading to a paid plan is required for more storage space and additional features.

Under the free plan, all users are free. However, charges apply to users with edit permissions in Team or Business plans. There are no charges for read-only collaborators, form submissions, or share links in these plans.

First set up a data capture workflow in Fluix and create a corresponding automated workflow in Airtable.

Then, map Fluix form fields with Airtable destination fields. Airtable creates a webhook, linking it to Fluix, which upon receiving data, generates entries in its database.

You can further refine data presentation in Airtable using various apps like progress bars and charts.
